Welcome to HandDraw AI ("the Service"). Please read and agree to the following terms before registering, subscribing to, or using the Service. By using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Description of Service

HandDraw AI is an AI-powered tool for generating hand-drawn-style images. Users enter a text description and select a style, and the Service generates an image accordingly. The Service is provided "as is" and its features or underlying models may change at any time.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must register an account to use the generation features. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro) are processed by our third-party payment provider, Creem. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are generally non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content (including anything involving minors), and you may not generate content that is violent or gory, hateful, harassing, unlawful, infringing of intellectual property, or used to defraud or deepfake other people.

To help ensure compliance, every text description submitted by a user is screened by content moderation before generation; requests that fail this screening will be rejected. Violations may result in content being blocked, or accounts being suspended or terminated.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you have the right to use images generated through the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit, and you represent that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty as to the accuracy or fitness of generated results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
