Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This policy sets the rules of conduct for generating content with HandDraw AI. As an AI image-generation platform, we enforce strict limits on generated content.

1. Expressly Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, request, upload, or distribute any of the following:

• NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content (including any pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content) — prohibited regardless of whether it depicts real or fictional people.
• Any sexualized or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors (zero tolerance — will be reported as required by law).
• Violent or gory content, or content promoting self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or extremism.
• Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or demeaning content targeting a group based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics.
• Unlawful content, or content used for fraud, deception, or forging documents/currency.
• Non-consensual deepfakes of real people, or content impersonating someone else's identity.
• Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property.
• Content that violates another person's privacy or includes their sensitive personal information.

2. Content Moderation

Every text description submitted by a user is screened by content moderation before it reaches the generation model. Requests judged to violate this policy (deny) or that require closer review (flag) are automatically blocked and will not produce an image.

3. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in a request being rejected, content being removed, or an account being warned, suspended, or permanently terminated, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement where necessary. We reserve the right to enforce this policy at our discretion.
